Roy Williams, an all-american safety in special teams for the Cincinnati Bengals, was drafted into the NFL in the first round as the 8th pick in 2002. That was when he first debuted for the Dallas Cowboys. Before becoming a succcessful NFL star, he was a starter on the undefeated 2000 Oklahoma Sooners team. Roy Lee Williams, born August 14, 1980 in Redwood City, California, is a professional football player for the NFL.
